OCC

The Operational Capabilities Concept Evaluation and Feedback (OCC E&F) Database Training Course was held in Tuusula on 19–21 March 2013. The course was organised in close cooperation with NATO SHAPE and FINCENT.

Course participants represented NATO allied nations and partner nations as well as NATO Command Structure and NATO Force Structure. 29 students from 16 countries and 6 instructors from 5 countries joined the event. The Course was led by Lieutenant Colonel Tero Ylitalo from NATO SHAPE.

The purpose of the OCC E&F Database Course was to support participants in preparation for evaluations through the effective use of the OCC E&F Database Tool. The training was designed to ensure that NATO and partners employ the same provisions and tools for the evaluation of military interoperability and capabilities.
