FINCENT conducted the first international Operational Mentoring and Liaison Team Basic Course in Tuusula from 11 to 15 April 2011. The course provided basic information about mentoring functions for persons who will be working in OMLT positions in the ISAF operation in Afghanistan.
The OMLT Basic Course is the first of three training sessions for future mentors.
The Cultural Awareness Afghanistan Seminar was held on 11 April. The seminar formed a part of the programme of the OMLT Course.
