Finnish Defence Forces International Centre, FINCENT, conducted the M3-45-A-09, a NATO/Partner/Med Dialogue Operational Staff Officer Course, from 2 to 20 March 2009 in Tuusula, Finland.
This three-week course provided an insight into NATO involvement in operations across the spectrum, and especially in Peace Support Operations. The course prepared students to be able to later work in NATO HQs and staffs and implement the Operational Planning Process in current NATO operations.
FINCENT is cooperating with the NATO School in Oberammergau, Germany. This is the second time the NATO School shared the conducting of this course with FINCENT.
The course had students, staff and instructors from over 20 countries.
