Preparations for the Western Balkans Military Observer Course 1/09 (BALMOC) are ongoing in the Camp Milovan Saranovic in Danilovgrad, Montenegro. The staff and instructors from the Nordic Countries and Montenegro are working together in an excellent cooperation in order to have everything ready for the course that will start on Monday 14 September and last until October 2. The course will have students from 6 different countries.
