| The first NORDCAPS admin seminar took place at FINCENT 23-25 June 2009 in a sunny and relaxed summer atmosphere. The seminar had altogether 15 admin personnel from Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway, who are responsible for the student/instructor exchange. The aims of the seminar were: - To present and evaluate the existing NORDCAPS student and instructor exchange procedures in the centres.
- Identify the need for possible new procedures for student and instructor exchange to meet the future course requirements.
- Simplify and unify administrative procedures on student and instructor exchange.
- Familiarize the administration personnel to each other. The goals were met superbly and the Nordic admin crew returned home with lots of useful tools, wider perspective as well as new connections.
