FINCENT conducted the NORDCAPS United Nations Military Observer Course 1/09 from May 11 to May 29 in Tuusula and Niinisalo. The course had altogether 31 students from FInland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Slovenia and Montenegro.
The course prepared officers for service as MILITARY OBSERVERS in any UN mission and particularly for the current UN operations.
