| The NATO Orientation Seminar was conducted 28 February 2011 in Tuusula, Finland. The Seminar also formed a part of the programme of the NATO Operational Staff Officer Course M3-45. The aim of the course is to educate NATO / Partner, MD and EU personnel, both civilian and military, to function as members of joint operational planning groups or related staff sections within a NATO-led multinational HQ conducting Peace Support Operations (PSO). The NATO Crisis Management Concept and grounds for the operational planning process, especially from the point of view of crisis management, were presented at the seminar. |
